Programs that provide a short-term residential alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults and/or children who are experiencing a mental health crisis and require 24-hour support in a supervised environment to become stabilized, but do not exhibit medical complications that necessitate nursing care.
Must be referred by inpatient hospital care. Serious persistent mental illness. Age 18 or older. Individuals must be receiving mental health treatment in the community.
6 years of age and older.
OPWDD eligibility.
Co-occurring mental health or behavioral health concerns that is causing stress within the person's system of care.
