thru: Clarity Wellness Community

• Assists in engaging individuals in services who may have never engaged in services before. This program reaches out to individuals who are homeless, and/or engaging in using substances.

• Provides a harm reduction approach to care including providing Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, and provides resources for safe usage. The intent is for the program to wrap individuals with support and assist in getting the individual connected with services.
