NAMI Peer Connection Recovery Support Group
thru: National Alliance on Mental Illness - Rochester NY
• Facilitates a peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions. Follows a structured model to ensure each group member has an opportunity to be heard and gain mental health support.
Eligibility: All Peers with mental illness in recovery. 18 years of age and older.
Application Process: Email or sign up online.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Wayne, and Wyoming counties.
