• Provides multiple services to enhance the social, educational, physical wellbeing of people, as well as improving business structures in the area. Services may include:
- Works to increase agency capacity to provide services for new American/Immigrant/Refugee populations
- Improves the business corridors within Rochester
- Reduces vaccine hesitancy and increasing vaccination rates amongst communities of colors
- Aides in reunitification of families and social reintegration of youth either currently in or emerging from juvenile facility
- Provides cancer educational outreach to communities of color
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Living at or below 200% of FPL.
Application Process: Appointment or walk ins welcome.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe and Ontario County.
