Family Reimbursement Program
thru: Starbridge
• Assists families with increased costs for a family member living at home with a developmental disability, such as expenses including but not limited to goods and services, respite care, community involvement as well as other items as needed.
Language Access
Eligibility: Eligible with Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Application Process: Accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates Counties.
Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered, Materials/literature in language indicated
