• Provides an Adult Mentoring Program that provides a person-centered approach to self-sufficiency. Participants work with mentors to create long-term goals and a plan through coaching, maximizing potential, and enhancing or developing skills to achieve individual/family financial independence.

Language Access

Eligibility: Resident of area served. 18 years or older. US Citizen or Permanent Resident, be willing and able to work, household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.

Application Process: Call for an appointment.

Required Documentation: ID, proof of address, income verification.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.
