Multisystemic Therapy Program

thru: Cayuga Centers

• Provides intensive family-and community-based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile offenders. Includes: home based family counseling, crisis intervention for at risk youth and families, and anger management for adolescents and youth.

Eligibility: Ages 11–18 with a history of juvenile delinquency or serious PINS behaviors and at imminent risk of out-of-home placement.

Application Process: Cayuga County- A referral may be submitted through the FAST team: https://cayugacofast.com/ Seneca and Schuyler County- All referrals sent by preventive and CPS services.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga, Schyuler, and Oneida Counties.
