• Provides youth centered outreach and education regarding:
- HIV, STIs, Hepatitis C (HCV)
- Substance use
- Teen pregnancy
- Inclusive reproductive and sexual health
- Parent resources and education within participating schools
• Offers access to safer sex supplies, as well as delivery of supplies for those who cannot access the office location.

Eligibility: Ages 12 to 22.
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
