• Provides home health aides, licensed nurse practitioners, registered nurses, attendants, and personal care aides to work and oversee medical treatment in the home. Some of the services provided are:

Medication reminders
Grooming and oral hygiene
Bathing and dressing
Mobility issues
Meal preparation
Laundry
Housekeeping
Errands
Companionship

• Provides a full range of services under the TBI/NHTD Waiver that includes the following: Home and Community Support Staff, Community Transitional Services, and Moving Assistance and Transportation.

• Offers non-medical transportation services.

• Offers tuition free certification for Personal Care and Home Health Aides.
