• Offers supportive services for individuals living with HIV.
• Provides HIV, STD, and Hepatitis C prevention, testing and education services. Individual counseling, referral to health care and supportive services, and family stabilization services.
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Living with HIV or engaging in risk behaviors for HIV, STIs, and viral hepatitis.
Application Process: By appointment, walk in, or call for information.
Required Documentation: If living with HIV, proof of HIV status.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe County.
Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered
