• Provides stabilization, rehabilitation, and/or reintegration services in a safe and therapeutic environment. Services are person-centered, geared towards supporting individuals as they enter into recovery from substance use disorders with associated behavioral disorders.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Males, ages 18 years and older. Completed drug evaluation indicating this level of care.

Application Process: Complete the Application for Monroe County OASAS Residential Services- found at OASAS website or call for application.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Active Department of Human Services case (Congregate Care Level 2). Private pay. Social Security Insurance. Social Security Disability. No one denied admission based on inability to pay.
