Outpatient Mental Health Services

• Provides acute services for persons with mental health needs. Includes: evaluation and assessment, group, individual, couple, and family therapy, and medication services.
• Provides emergency services and crisis team services.
• Provides intensive psychiatric rehabilitation.

Required Documentation: Photo ID, insurance Card.
Fees: Private Pay. Sliding scale based on income. Call for information.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Orleans, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, and Wayne counties.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
Languages: Spanish- Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated, Website can be translated
