• Provides food to those in need. Special diets are accommodated if medically necessary and if cost is not extreme, food delivery is available.
• Provides diapers and baby formula to those in need.
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: Proof of address, ID, income and/or benefits. Proof of need for emergency help (fire, accident).
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Villages of Honeoye Falls, Mendon, and West Bloomfield.
