Treatment Family Foster Care
thru: Cayuga Centers
• Places hard-to-place youth who cannot stay at home, but do not do well in group settings, with highly trained and supported foster parents. Foster parents and youth work with a team of specialists to meet goals of healing from trauma and regulating emotions and behaviors.
Eligibility: Birth to age twenty one.
Application Process: Referral from County Departments of Social Services.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Albany, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Cortland, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Steuben and Tompkins Counties.
