• Offers volunteer support services free of charge to elderly and disabled individuals without adequate assistance from family, friends, and neighbors.

• Provides information and referrals to appropriate resources or agencies. Volunteers provide services such as transportation, grocery shopping, friendly visits, and yard work.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. 60 or older who live at home; people of any age who are physically challenged and are receiving SSD; homebound, lonely, or chronically ill; newly discharged from the hospital, recovering from surgery or illness; OR Families, friends, and caregivers of persons in these situations.
