Outreach Services for Older Adults with Vision and Hearing Loss

• Identifies older individuals who may have significant visual impairments, hearing loss, and deafness and assists them with applying for services to which they are entitled.
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 55 or older with severe vision or hearing impairment.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.
Languages: American Sign Language- Staff provides in-person interpreter
