• Performs a free energy audit for households.
• Provides grants for energy-related improvements based on NYSERDA qualifications, EmPower program which is a grant that is available to income-eligible households to make energy improvements. (Unable to replace windows).
• Provides a loan to fix energy issues including: furnace repair or replacement if necessary, insulation, and duct sealing.

Eligibility: Resident of area served, income guidelines apply.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga and Wayne Counties.
