Eligibility: Proof of veteran/discharge status.
Application Process: Call or drop in.
Required Documentation: Proof of Veterans status and picture ID.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans and Wayne Counties.
