Provides one-on-one assistance enrolling in health insurance through the New York State Of Health Marketplace through the In Person Navigator program.

Offers support services for "post-enrollment" health insurance issues through other health law programs, including, but not limited to:

  • Medicare and Medicaid questions regarding Long-Term Care
  • Managed Care Options
  • Health Plan or Provider Problems
  • Medical Billing Disputes
  • Prescription Drug Assistance Programs
  • Medical services and equipment needs
  • Complaints and appeals rights

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: Call to schedule an appointment.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Yates, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Chautauqua counties.

Languages: Spanish- Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line
