• Delivers a noon-time meal to individuals who cannot prepare meals for themselves or attend a congregate meal site.

• Provides Nutrition Counseling to individuals who are at nutrition risk because of illness, poor nutrition history and/or medication use.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. 60 and older, regardless of income, and who cannot prepare meals for themselves or attend a congregate meal site.

Application Process: Call for assessment.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Suggested contribution of $4.00 per meal. SNAP benefit cards accepted. No one is refused due to inability or unwillingness to contribute.
