  • Assistance in gaining access to health care services
  • HIV/AIDS-based discrimination
  • Housing matters
  • Assistance with denials or termination of benefits
  • Health care proxies, powers of attorney, simple wills
  • Family court matters
  • Custody
  • Visitation
  • Child support
  • Paternity
  • Neglect
  • Adoption
  • Divorce
  • Referrals to other needed services

Eligibility: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Varies based on services.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego and Otsego counties.
