• Offers referral to outpatient detoxification.
• Offers nicotine treatment with concurrent substance abuse treatment.
• Provides family programs which offer support to both patients and families.
• Offers referrals to outpatient mental health treatment
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Call for information.
Application Process: Call for an assessment.
Required Documentation: Photo ID and insurance card.
Fees: Medicaid. Third party insurance. Sliding scale.
Coverage Note: Monroe County, No one will be turned away.
