Eligibility: Women, ages 18 and older, including women who are pregnant and women with young children. Drug evaluation indicating this level of residential service.

Application Process: Complete application for Monroe County OASAS Residential Services-found at OASAS website or call for application.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Active Department of Human Services case (Congregate Care Level II). SSI/SSD. Private Pay. No one denied admission based on inability to pay.
