• Provides programs (structured day habilitation, adult day social) for individuals with brain injury such as:
- Social skill development
- Peer support
- Compensatory strategies
- Cognitive training
- Evening recreational opportunities also available
• Offers vocational services that provide job placement and training.
Eligibility: Ages 18 years or older. Survivor of brain injury (medically or traumatically related) or other neurological challenges. Day program requirements: Able to care for basic needs (feeding, self-medication, and toileting). Capable of self-managing behavior.
