• Provides multiple services to enhance the social, educational, physical wellbeing of people, as well as improving business structures in the area. Services may include:

Works to increase agency capacity to provide services for new American/Immigrant/Refugee populations
Improves the business corridors within Rochester
Reduces vaccine hesitancy and increasing vaccination rates amongst communities of colors
Aides in reunitification of families and social reintegration of youth either currently in or emerging from juvenile facility
Provides cancer educational outreach to communities of color

Eligibility: Resident of Monroe or Ontario counties, living at or below 200% of FPL.

Application Process: Appointment or walk ins welcome.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
