thru: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center

Operates a free and confidential program providing evidence-based services to New York State residents who want to stop smoking or using other forms of tobacco, including e-cigarettes and vaping. 

Operates under the funding of the New York State Department of Health Tobacco Control Program.

Eligibility: New York State Resident; most over 18 qualify for free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) like the nicotine patch, gum, or lozenge.

Application Process: Must complete a brief interview to receive NRT.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
