Health Hub (Clinic for People Who Use Drugs)

Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. 

Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. 

Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. 

Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. 

 Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

Eligibility: Individuals with unmet substance use needs who use drugs.

Fees: Call for information. Clinical services can be covered by insurances including Medicaid.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Oneida and Onondaga Counties.
