Provides safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Offers crisis intervention services for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, and/or human trafficking, and their families. 

Provides personal, community, criminal justice, educational, medical, and legal advocacy.

Provides short-term and long-term counseling.

Provides case management, housing support and access to legal services.

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: Call office or toll-free 24-hour Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) confidential hotline.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Yates Counties.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff, Staff reflects population served

Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered, Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated, Website can be translated
