• Assists with guardianship/custody of children, wills and health care proxies for parents who are HIV-positive.
Language Access
Eligibility: Must have income of less than 200% of official federal poverty level. Call for information.
Application Process: Apply online. If eligible for program, referral will be made to volunteer private attorney.
