Eligibility: Any individual looking to buy a home.

Application Process: Call, walk in or visit website. An application with all the necessary documents will need to be completed and returned before services can start or fill out application in person.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for education or financial empowerment workshops, $15 fee for a credit report (but the fee can be waived if it is a financial hardship).
