• Offers housing counseling for individuals and families. Has apartments for low and moderate income residents, persons with developmental disabilities, and older adults. L2P Westside consists of single- family houses for rent with the opportunity to purchase in the future, with supportive services administered by the HomeStore. Rental units are managed by Urban League Economic Development Corporation.

Eligibility: Low to moderate income for housing.
