Provides adults with walk-in support for urgent mental health and substance use issues, including:
  • Opioid use and other substance use issues
  • Self-harm
  • Unable to follow up with Mental Health Provider
  • Relationship Problems
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
Provides mobile services for certain individuals.

Eligibility: Ages 18 and older experiencing urgent mental health issues. Life-threatening issues will be redirected to emergency room (bleeding, suicide attempt, life-threatening illness, overdose, medical concerns).

Application Process: Walk-in. Individuals may also call ahead to be accepted as soon as space is available. If there is a wait, staff may provide an estimate of the current wait time before individual can be seen.

Required Documentation: Copy of insurance ID card and a photo ID.

Fees: Accepts most insurance. Call for information.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.
