Day Treatment Program
thru: Hillside
• Provides special education programming for students with an Individual Education Plan (IEP).
- Includes clinical support and individual, group, and family therapy
- Includes planned recreation activities
- Includes door-to-door transportation at no cost to the parent/guardian
- Crestwood Day Treatment Therapeutic Education Center (grades Pre-K-8th grade)
- Halpern Day Treatment Therapeutic Education Center (grades 6-12)

Eligibility: Ages 3 to 21 years.
Application Process: School Districts' Committees on Special Education make referrals to this program.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates Counties.
