• Offers family court services and provides the following:
- Child abuse and neglect proceedings initiated by DSS
- Child Support proceedings
- Paternity proceedings
- Juvenile delinquency proceedings initiated by the presentment agent
- Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) proceedings
- Custody and visitation proceedings
- Adoptions
- Guardianship proceedings
- Family offense proceedings (requests for orders of protection)
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: File online, walk in or by mail.
Required Documentation: Photo ID and additional documents as required by a specific type of proceeding. Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.

Languages: American Sign Language, Spanish- Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line
