  • Housekeeping and personal aide service. 
  • Help with errands. 
  • Personal emergency response system. 
  • Transportation. 
* Provides information, assistance and advocacy services that includes:
  • Insurance counseling. 
  • Legal assistance. 
  • Long-term care options. 
* Provides nutrition services that includes:
  • Farmers Market coupon program. 
  • Home delivered meals. 
  • Nutrition counseling and education. 
  • Senior lunch clubs.
