NeighborWorks Community Partners collaborates with people to help achieve the dream of home ownership and home improvement. Offering first-time homeownership counseling, realty services to buy or sell, grants/loans for exterior repairs, foreclosure prevention, and energy services. NCP has a limited number of rental units available for financially qualified individuals in Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
