Application Process: Dial-a-Ride: Must contact office between 9:00AM and 3:00PM minimum one business day prior to ride. Call for information. Veterans call for information.
Required Documentation: Half Fare ID or Medicaid card for reduced regular route service.
Fees: Vary with service and age. Reduced fares for senior citizens, children and the disabled.

RGRTA oversees public transportation in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming and Seneca counties. RGRTA also serves as the host agency to a planning organization known as the Genesee Transportation Council.
