* Delivers a noon-time meal to individuals who cannot prepare meals for themselves or attend a congregate meal site.
* Provides Nutrition Counseling to individuals who are at nutrition risk because of illness, poor nutrition history and/or medication use.
* Provides Nutrition Counseling to individuals who are at nutrition risk because of illness, poor nutrition history and/or medication use.
Eligibility: Residents of area served ages 60 and older, regardless of income, and who cannot prepare meals for themselves or attend a congregate meal site.
Application Process: Call to initiate assessment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: Suggested contribution of $3.00 per meal. SNAP benefit cards accepted. No one is refused due to inability or unwillingness to contribute.

Livingston County Office for the Aging initiates, coordinates, and delivers programs and services for area senior citizens to assist them in remaining independent and living at home as long as possible.
