* Provides one-on-one assistance enrolling in health insurance through the New York State Of Health Marketplace through the In Person Navigator program.
* Offers support services for "post-enrollment" health insurance issues through other health law programs, including, but not limited to:
- Medicare and Medicaid questions regarding Long-Term Care
- Managed Care Options
- Health Plan or Provider Problems
- Medical Billing Disputes
- Prescription Drug Assistance Programs
- Medical services and equipment needs
- Complaints and appeals rights
