Eligibility: Any substance abuse/addiction problem and gambling addiction. Age 18 or older.

Application Process: Call intake coordinator for screening and admission. Referrals through certified agencies. Self-referrals are accepted. Evaluations can be done over the phone.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income. Medicaid. Third party insurance. Call for information.

Coverage Note: New York State.

The John L. Norris Addiction Treatment Center operates a 44-bed, inpatient, addiction treatment program 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
