Roc Housing Navigator Program

thru: The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc.

• Connects with individuals in Monroe County to provide help with the housing process.

• Helps find housing that matches client needs through navigation during the entire search process, finding housing, and providing ongoing after-care management for a minimum of six months after finding housing.

• Provides referrals to other programs and services clients may need.

Eligibility: Resident of area served, meet income requirements (have an AMI under 65%), hold a housing Choice/Rental Supplement voucher, be homeless, or be at risk of homelessness.

Required Documentation: Photo ID, proof of income, Housing Choice/Section 8/rental supplement (if applicable).

Fees: No fee for services.
