- Acute care visits
- Health education and preventative medicine
- Referrals to primary care physicians and free cancer screenings
- Flu shot available during flu season
- To take home: Pregnancy tests, condoms and contraceptive information (do not offer pregnancy related care
- Connection to Rochester area resources and smoking cessation services

Eligibility: Age 18 and older.
Application Process: Visit website or email to schedule an appointment. Will accept walk ins if there is room on the schedule.
