Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Call for information. Leave message if answering machine comes on. Answering machine monitored regularly and calls are returned same day or by next working day if message is left after hours.
Required Documentation: At pickup: ID and proof of address.
Fees: No fee for services.
