New Journey Program

thru: Judicial Process Commission Inc.

• Helps moms while they are in Monroe County Jail, state, or federal prisons, and when they get out.

Must go to the New Journey support group for one hour weekly.

Cultural Competency

Eligibility: Mothers with children up to age 12. Incarcerated or released. Recently released - applying to our program within 6 months of their last release date.

Application Process: Mothers may write to JPC Director Susan Porter, 200 West Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14611. They may call 325-7727 - at no charge, or call 704-9660, Dorothy Chung to learn more and complete the intake process.

Required Documentation: ID.

Fees: No fees for services.
