• Offers delivery of the number of meals requested each day to individuals' homes.

Includes meals that meet special medical needs.

• Provides a check-in service each day as a form of respite to family members.

Eligibility: No eligibility requirement for privately paid meals. Eligibility for subsidized meals: Be 18 years of age or older. Be homebound (incapacitated) due to accident, illness or frailty. Live alone or with someone who is unable to prepare meals and/or is absent during the day.
