  • Assistance for Victims of Crime (including domestic violence)
  • Foreclosure
  • Landlord/Tenant (Eviction Prevention)
  • Public benefits (SNAP, HEAP, TANF, EA, etc.)
  • SSI/SSDI (Reductions or Denials only)
  • Uncontested Divorce
  • Unemployment Insurance Benefits
  • Elder Law
  • Health Care Advocacy (including private health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid problems and denials, Medicaid Managed Long Term Care issues and enrollment assistance)
  • Fair Housing Enforcement/Housing Discrimination and Education

Eligibility: Call for eligibility information.

Application Process: Call office for appointment for evaluation to determine if eligible for assistance. Broad range of intake options available.

Required Documentation: Documentation required to determine eligibility will be advised to the applicant upon review of eligibility for services.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, Yates and Livingston Counties.
