thru: Mental Health Association of Rochester/ Monroe County

Offers educational presentations and workshops and practical information for the community on a variety of mental health topics (such as stress management, coping with symptoms of mental illness and managing recovery).

Offers a free therapist referral service that provides the names of therapists in private practice who are accepting new clients. 

Offers a variety of books and resource on topics related to mental health issues through the Family Resource Center.

Offers Anger Management Classes. 

 

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: Call for information.

Fees: Some workshops have a fee. Anger Management is offered as a six week series and does have a fee to attend.
